The Profiler Angular with its arm and extra joint is a perfect solution to some of the most difficult mounting challenges. If space is limited on a wheelchair, the Angular can provide a solution by attaching to the tubing underneath the seat pan or behind the seat back of the chair. The Profiler Angular is also a good mounting solution for some strollers and Sit-to-Stand wheelchairs.

Designed to change and adjust with the user, the Profiler Angular lives up to CJT’s high standards of functionality and quality. Constructed of high quality aircraft aluminum, the Angular is both lightweight and durable, making it easy to use and transport.

Width Tube Options for Standard Profiler 9 inch width tube adjusts from 9 1/4 – 12 1/4 inches.
12 inch width tube adjusts from 12 – 18 inches.

12 inch width tube adjusts from 13 1/2 - 18 1/2 inches.
Height Tube Options The 13 inch height tube adjusts from 16 – 25 inches.
The longer 18 inch height tube adjusts from 23 – 33 inches.
Base Mount Ball Rotation The base mount ball rotates 360 degrees and pivots outwards to 90 degrees.
Device Ball Rotation The device ball rotates 360 degrees and pivots out to 90 degrees.
Joint Head Rotation The two joint heads that connect the width tube and height tube rotate 230 degrees.
Angular Joint Rotation The joint rotation rotates 230 degrees.

What is the difference between a Profiler Angular and a Profiler? The Profiler Angular’s additional bar allows the Angular to attach to the tubing underneath the seat pan.

How does the device attach to the Profiler Angular mount? CJT produces device adapters for virtually every assistive technology device available. The device adapter attaches to the back of the device, which connects to a receiver on the mount. CJT’s device adapters are unique to CJT and only work with CJT equipment.
What types of adaptive equipment can the Profiler Angular successfully attach to? The Profiler Angular can attach to virtually all types of wheelchairs, walkers, strollers, standers, desks, and beds.
Is the Profiler Angular left or right side specific? The Profiler Angular’s adjustability allows the mount to attach to either the left or right side of the wheelchair without having to specify or order additional parts.
Will the Profiler Angular increase the width of the chair? In most situations, the Profiler Angular stays well within the footprint of the chair.
Will the Profiler Angular increase the width of a lap tray? In most situations, the Profiler Angular does not increase the width of the lap tray.
How does the Profiler Angular arm release from the base? The Profiler Angular arm releases from the base assembly by removing the push/pull pin.
Does the Profiler Angular swing away? The Profiler Angular top assembly can easily swing away by lifting the quick release lever. Once the top assembly is out of the way, close the lever to lock the position.
Can the Profiler Angular transfer from a current chair to a new chair or other type of adaptive equipment? Yes, the Profiler Angular’s flexibility and durability allows the mounting system to transfer easily to new equipment. Often times the transfer may cost nothing.
How often should the Profiler Angular be checked and tightened? CJT recommends checking the mounting system once a year or if something seems to be loose. CJT also recommends checking the mounting system after the wheelchair has gone in for servicing.
Should the Profiler Angular remain on the wheelchair during transporting? CJT recommends releasing the mount arm from the base assembly attached to the wheelchair when transporting. CJT strongly recommends abiding by your local transportation guidelines.

What is the Profiler Angular warranty? CJT mounting systems come with a one-year limited warranty. The CJT warranty covers the mount against any material defects. The CJT warranty does not cover lost parts or parts damaged from misuse.
